Primerus Law Firms [Dear Sirs] Ryan Leestma, President of Information Systems Intelligence (ISI), asked me to describe our level of satisfaction with his company and employees. We only hired ISI in January of this year, however, we have been very satisfied with their level of service to this point. ISI has been very quick to respond and correct critical issues, most often arriving at our office within an hour of our call. They have done their best to minimize our "down" time. With respect to less important problems, ISI works around our schedules to allow as little interruption sa possible. Under most circumstances they are able to address an issue within 24 hours. [Aaron Bergren] is our primary consultant from ISI who is extremely helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our satisfaction. There are other ISI employees who have also worked with us, all to our satisfaction as well. Our experiences with ISI have been extremely favorable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. ISI will be upgrading our server, beginning Monday, and we fully anticipate that this will go smoothly.
