Dear ISI,
It's not often that we replace our entire Cisco core infrastructure. It's also not often that we would work with a relatively new partner on a project this size. However, you had proven yourselves on a couple of smaller engagements, so we were willing to take a chance.
From the start, I appreciated your willingness to work with us to design a solution that met all of our requirements and not just provide us with a cookie-cutter proposal. We were working with 2 other partners on this project and you were the only one who was willing to do that. Now, after the implementation, we've already benefited from the more flexible and modular design you helped provide.
In addition, ISI's engineers suggested further improvements to our requirements that have exceeded our expectations. In particular, the suggestion to increase our bandwidth between our data center and disaster recovery site has been an enormous success. Thank you for taking the time to really look for other improvement opportunities.
ISI also proved that they are a true business partner by letting us know we had some leverage with Cisco based on their financial calendar. If you had not proactively reached out to us at that time, this project would not have been done until next year and I don't see how we could have negotiated a better deal.
Finally, on the implementation itself, we removed the old equipment and cut over to the new in a single Saturday. On Monday morning, it was business as usual. The rest of the company didn't even know we had replaced nearly the entire network infrastructure - except for a few people who noticed things were a little faster.
So, thank you for your excellent work. From design to sales to implementation, it has been a pleasure working with the ISI team and we look forward to working with you on many projects in the future.
