This layer provides the actual programs that users interface with within the business processes of the organization. The method of presentation to the user can be quite varied as the number of permutations between user devices, operating systems, and applications is quite large, so some degree of interpretation is required when evaluating what is and is not a device application. It must also be noted that applications can be virtualized across devices and operating systems which again blurs this category to some extent. ISI recommends, resells, and installs Microsoft device applications such as Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office Accounting, and Business Contact Manager.

Windows 7
Windows 7 is the next generation of Windows operating systems and will be released later this year.

Several of ISI's Microsoft certified engineers are actively involved in the beta and release candidate testing of the latest generation Windows operating system from Microsoft, Windows 7. Windows 7 has nearly the same system requirements as Windows Vista, but Microsoft is promising a smaller installation footprint and an overall faster and more enjoyable experience. All ISI engineers who have been actively involved in Windows 7 testing are very excited for the product, and are sure it'll be a hit among businesses and home users.

Windows Vista
Windows Vista brings clarity to your world so you can focus on what matters most to you. Windows Vista helps ensure that your company's PCs are more secure, reliable, and low-cost to deploy and manage.

It's built from the ground up for enhanced security, greater levels of performance, and enhanced reliability. Windows Vista also makes it easier than ever to share information, connect to the Internet, and get and stay organized. ISI recommends, resells and installs Windows Vista Business and Windows Vista Ultimate.

Windows XP
ISI supports legacy operating systems including Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000 Professional via its six Microsoft Certified Professionals. Windows XP Professional is designed as the client component to Windows Server 2003, but can easily operate with Windows Server 2008 as well.

Windows Mobile 6
Windows Mobile 6.0 extends the investment made in the lower levels of the ISI Stack to mobile users by integrated voice, voicemail, e-mail, faxing, Outlook data, and Office applications directly on a small form factor device. A must have for every mobile worker!
